Question by croato87: Is Brigham Young University really very strict?

I'm interested in transferring to BYU because of their business program. I know BYU has a strict honor code that its students supposedly have to adhere to, and it involves, among other things, a clause disallowing any form of pre-marital sex. In my experience, most codes of this nature are barely enforced at all, and their adherents usually are even more promiscuous than most people. However, I just want to make sure before I transfer: if I transfer to BYU, will I be able to party and get laid?

BYU is probably the most strict university on the planet. If you were to attempt to party, you would in all likelihood, be severely disciplined. Besides that, there are other issues that should be investigated. Make use of a web search engine or local library reference aids and see what you think.
