Sex with period kind of?

So the day my period was over I took a bath and put a tampon in for a while to make sure everything was clean and gone because my boyfriend had been bugging me about sex, so we had a condom on, had sex, and everything was good. Now today we had sex at bout 530 pm and I just used the bathroom and found I have a little bit of brown blood and a little pink, could this harm him?
